A classic and without doubt my most popular treatment. Massage has been used for centuries to help with a range of problems including relieving muscle aches, strains and stiffness. It is also deeply relaxing and so beneficial for the mind as well as body.
I have trained in several massage disciplines and so mix and match techniques to tailor your treatment. This could include elements of,

Using volcanic stones heated in a water bath, the heat of the stones penetrates deep into the muscle and soft tissue. This allows for a deeply relaxing and soothing experience whilst having the benefits of a deep tissue massage. It is also effective for joint pain as the heat will penetrate the joints - something traditional massage cannot do!
Fancy giving something a little different a try? Thai Yoga massage (sometimes referred to as traditional Thai massage) is performed on a mat on the floor and you remain fully clothed. A series of yoga-inspired stretches is combined with palm pressing and acupressure points. Surprisingly relaxing, the treatment is also recommended for improving flexibility, stiffness and reducing muscle tension. The longer session includes an abdominal detox massage.
Traditionally performed seated, this is a massage of the shoulders, arms, neck scalp and pressure points on the face. Indian Head massage has been practised for thousands of years and is reported to be beneficial for improving sleep, concentration and tension headaches as well as improving the condition of the hair and scalp.
A specialist pressure point massage to the feet, it is deeply relaxing and is believed to be beneficial for a whole host of issues. It works on the principle that points on the feet correspond to the rest of the body and by stimulating those points, promotes the body's own natural ability to heal itself. Reflexology has been shown to reduce stress, increase energy levels and release the body's own pain relievers thus reducing pain.
Is practised everywhere in Thailand and is a primary component of Traditional Thai Medicine. Using thumbs, hands and a wooden acupressure tool, massage is applied to the feet and power legs. As the main reflex points are stimulated, Thai foot massage may be beneficial for relieving a range of disorders and is also a great treatment to promote overall health, increase energy and provide a sense of well-being. It can also improve circulation and lymphatic drainage to the legs and feet, reducing stiffness and increasing flexibility. Particularly recommended for sports enthusiasts and those who spend a dominant amount of time on their feet!
This treatment is designed to be relaxing and stress-reducing whilst at the same time improving the condition of your skin to promote a clearer, youthful complexion. Using the award winning natural and organic Neal's Yard skincare range, treatment consists of a double cleanse to remove impurities, exfoliate to remove dead skin cells, a masque to nourish and hydrate the skin, scalp massage and facial massage. The massage includes lymphatic drainage to reduce 'puffy' areas and pressure points to stimulate collagen production.
Also known as Thermo-auricular therapy, a specialist candle is inserted into the ear canal to withdraw impurities and regulate pressure. After both ears are treated, a pressure point facial massage aids the drainage and removal of toxins from the sinuses. This subtle yet relaxing treatment has been used to help with a variety of ear, nose and throat problems including sinus congestion, hay fever, tinnitus and compact ear wax.
Please note that ear candles are not suitable for those with a perforated ear drum or if grommets are present
